Return Policy

We accept returns with a full refund for any damaged or faulty goods. We offer change of mind returns please see our terms of service for more information. We are happy to exchange items, fulfilment will be dependent on stock levels.

If your item is faulty please contact us for a returns label, if your return reason is change of mind, contact us and we will send you the returns address for you to return you item back to us through your courier of choice.

The maximum time on returns is 30 days after purchase. For change of mind returns the shipping costs are none refundable and the cost of returning the goods and safe delivery is the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to exchange items, fulfilment will be dependent on stock levels and there will be a restocking fee of 15% of the total order value excluding and shipping and returns costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You must be able to show proof of purchase to receive a refund or exchange. The condition of the items must be new and unused in perfect condition with all original packaging and tags. Once we have received your return we will inspect it and refund in full minus any shipping costs and restocking fee to your original method of payment.

If your item is found to be faulty a full refund including any shipping charges will be issued within 5 working days on receipt of return.

Customers have a legal right to a full refund or replacement for faulty items.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for services related to sales, returns and for legal compliance. After the data is no longer needed it will be deleted or anonymized.

We keep security measures in place to protect collected data from unauthorised access and only share with necessary third parties for payment processing and shipping services. Users have a right to access their personal information and can request correction or deletion of their data. You can opt out if you wish to withdraw consent before checkout or any time after purchase.
